The data you submit in the quote / contact form: name, e-mail address, optionally organisation name, the planned programme type, group size, timing, location and your message. Only send what you wish to share.
We use the data solely to answer your enquiry and to prepare a proposal. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), given when you submit the form.
We keep the data for as long as it is needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting collaboration, after which it is deleted.
We rely on technical service providers: the Fixli infrastructure (api.fixli.eu) to receive form submissions, an e-mail delivery provider for our replies, and cookieless, anonymous analytics (Plausible). They act under their own terms; we do not share data with third parties for marketing.
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, and you may withdraw your consent. Contact us at letskaland@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.
The site uses no marketing or tracking cookies. Visitor analytics are cookieless and anonymous.
